I just pick up MGS 2 substance for $9.99 at Gamerush. It's a rental copy, come with original manual and game disk. The game disk has minor scratches. The manual has no writing mark, just a stain on the left front cover and kinda folded. The insert case is bb rental case with its original art. Should I return it? or just keep it because its a tight game. Thanks

I also picked up Klonoa 2 complete for $9.99

I'd return it, actually I'd have never bought it in the first place, but that's because I only buy complete and in good condition.

yea, I always wanted to play this and found it last. A week ago, I was about to buy it at $25 on ebay, but someone bid it over me. When I saw it in mint/complete condition @ gr, I bought it right away. In matter of fact I'm playing it right now.

I just check, its going about $35+, but mine is not mint/complete. Its only missing an insert case that all. Maybe later tonight, imma see if anyone buy it now for $20 at ebay. If not, imma return it or keep it since it only $10.
 
I'm sure you could find a good scan of the cover insert online somewhere - you could print it and keep it as your own...it would be the next-best-thing to having a complete one. Hell, maybe you could even sell it on ebay that way - of course, you would be morally obligated to tell the potential bidders that your insert was a reproduction...
 
Or you could buy the original mgs2:Sol box and put it in there. It is 5 bucks at gamestop if you can find it. Better than having a blockbuster case...

I said the original metal gear solid 2 box, not the substance one. And I meant you buying the game because that is how much mgs2 cost used. Just make sure you buy a copy with a good box. That is what some people do when they switch virtua fighter 4:evo box for a non-gh virtua fighter 4 box.
 
If you are just going to play it, then you probably should just keep it. Some new one cost way too much, either in store or on the net. I have one that I got couple years ago. Was in the original wrapper and everything till last November. It is still sealed but wrapper is opened, for a good cause in my opinion. :D
 
I'd keep it all day...$10 is nothing. I picked up a sealed copy of Wakeboarding Unleashed at my GameRush today for $9.99...I think eBay will atleast double that. For a good copy of MGS Substance you probably would get more.
 
Damn, for the prices it's going right now..... Good thing I just picked one up at my GC for $15....Good luck on putting it on ebay. At least it should double your cash.
