Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops - Add your MGO Tags to Play with Fellow CAGs

I just played online with a friend and I got owned. I couldn't use my snake team it wouldn't let me, so the only other team I had consisted of one guy, LOL. He got killed and I lost him. Sucks to he had a full bar of stamina, LOL.

How do I send personal messages in the game to someone on my friend list?
 
So stats, kills, and time only get recorded in RC mode? I am confused because it says I have a total time of 28 minutes, but 20 minutes in RC, the rest I played I believe VC. Every time I play VC it doesn't seem like my kills, deaths, etc gets recorded. Can someone help me out?

VC doesn't count towards your stats.

One of the screw-ups Konami made when making this game. The whole RC/VC thing doesn't go as planned on paper, and they should've forseen that.
