I was in my local Gamestop (in Eagan, MN) last night, and there were five or six copies for sale.

You could probobly get a copy via gamestop.com using the 25USED promotion code (giving 25% off used games) and get it pretty cheap. I don't recall the price, but I'm fairly sure it was under $15.00.

It's out of stock on the gamestop site. And even if it was instock, it's 17.99

If possible, try to go to a b&m eb/gamestop. Too many people are reporting ordering online and receiving only a disk, a scratched up one at that.

Yeah, avoid ordering used games at Gamestop.com/EBGames.com, I've heard nothing but horror stories.
