Miyamoto had nothing to do with Metroid. The original creator died some years back in a car accident.

The local EBGames hadn't changed the tags so it still said $50 but when scanned, came up $20 so even if it doesn't have $20 tags, it should still ring up correct.

Sort of... Miyamoto is not the creator of the Metroid character - that was Gunpei Yokoi - but he did act as a producer to Metroid Prime, Metroid Prime 2 and Metroid Fusion so he's involved with the franchise...
