Such a fucked up thing to do. Very happy to see you supporting these forums. I haven't yet been able to trade, but that guy definitely makes me very anxious about doing so.

Can't afford to loose such large chunks of money or valuables in today's economy.

Also, did you mention what item it was that you are selling? I didn't see it on your OP.
 
Yea, it was a such a bummer. Hopefully karma gets the worst of him. Thanks for everything your doing dv8, i'm sure everyone that got taken appreciates it. It's such a helpless feeling.

Great thing your doing there with scam-aid, that guy was a piece of work. You know what though, I have so many great experiences with CAG's on here that it makes up for getting hosed by one bad egg. Here is a little tune to get this scam - aid rolling.

hey dv8 that guy is a regular on gametz. I would suggest contacting Bill at gametz cause perhaps he has some personal info that he can pull from the users registered info.

Whe can we start the bid on the ps3? I thought I read the whole first post but can't seem to see what the starting bid is....sorry. Anyways, awesome cause and can we get the ball rolling for ya by putting in bid #1 at $100?
 
My bro will definitely want to shell out some money for the system as are old 60 gig is in need of repair, but he would rather get this system and we can repair the old one later.

Besides it matches the furniture here... (I got a glass display case for my Xenosaga stuff and it's already full.... and I need to get another one, lol.)

(On a side note, if we lose out on this one maybe we can talk about finding another one.)

Oh wow, I had no idea something like this was going on.

I thought I was being a nice guy to a fellow CAGer giving him ample time to make payment during what he told me were difficult times(over 4 months) and then that happened so I was pretty bummed to say the least. Given my transaction with him began in late November, I really could've saved people from being scammed if I had caught onto him earlier....

I thank everyone for their kindness being shown here. It gives me renewed hope in being able to trust people more readily again.
 
Awesome cause! I have had all good trade experiences thus far (knock on wood), and think you're doing a great thing that shows what a tight community we've got here. Us CAGers look out for each other. On that note...

Just a heads up for the people that won items from DoubleEcksZero. He doesn't have a scale at home, so he has to take packages to the P.O. to get them weighed for shipping prices.
He said he will get me the totals tonight or tomorrow depending on his schedule.

yeah i was confused too, but it's an increment of $5 per bid, one bid per person per day.

Most likely a stupid question and I apologize in advance if it has already been asked, but is this Backwards Compatible w/the PS2?

Also, I think maigoyume is top bid right now at $140 so I bid $145? Right?
