Wow thats crazy gameguy won like 10 items in my lowball and never paid me im glad i didnt ship the stuff even though he wanted me too. It did screw over my lowball though since i didnt sell most of my stuff becuase of him. I left him negative feedback and he left me retalitary bad feedback but shrike took care of that.

Im sorry to everyone who got screwed by him

he has not been on cag since like march 24th are we sure hes ok?

Things didn't go very smoothly as many people forgot to send addresses and others sent partial payments and wanted to know what to do with the shipping.

Basically, not everyone read the instructions.

Due to this, I am asking that if you see something marked paid on the list, that you go ahead and ship to that person. If you do not have their address, please PM them. I may not even have the address.

Also, if I owe you money for shipping and all of the people that bought from you have paid, please email me at dv8maddots(at)aol.com and LMK that you have shipped or are ready to ship and how much I owe you.

Well crap.

I sent him two games a LONG time ago, in (what I thought) was an exchange for another game and a MS points card. His last PM to me was in March, saying he sent me the game & card... now it's looking like I won't get it! His items were supposed to be a Christmas present, dammit.

Shit.

Here's what happened:
Back on 12/2/2010, I pm'd him and we agreed that he would send me Magna Carta 2 and a 2800 Microsoft points card after receiving 3 games, (Riviera, Tales of Eternia, and Wild Arms xF). Since I have a low rating, I sent first, and went to the post office that day. I contacted him intermitently to see if my package arrived, and he said no. Then he stopped responding, and in March I contacted mods. I may have been the first, as he was put in TTO after my contact.

He sent me a message on 3/22 saying he just split up with his wife, and has just sent the package. After this, I don't think he did send it.

Added to the OP after receiving your communication with the mods.
As discussed, some people have already donated based on 10 scammed members, so you can have something from Steam or such if someone passes on it. Otherwise, you will just be included in the split of the donation from the Lightning PS3.

Has anyone had the delivery confirmation show delivered, but the recipient got the package after the time of delivery?

Example, something shows delivered, but actually was dropped off by carrier on the next day.

Not sure if it's worth anything but sometimes I feel that the carriers sign for it themselves. I'm sure my name isn't "FEDEX".

I know I certainly appreciate it. I had pretty much written off the loss long ago before I saw what dv8 was doing here. All the bids and donations restore my faith in dealing with people online. Well done CAG, well done.
