yeah, i get that. i should've been more specific. can each email address only get one email containing the code? or can one email address get multiple emails containing the code?

basically, can you volley a bunch of referals around, or do you need a new address for each email containing a code?

I have sent a ton out and it seems I should be getting alot back but have only gotten back 10 total spread out to my 3 e-mail addresses.

Are you using gmail? Could be they are backlogged on mail/new addresses. B/C/ I haven't recieved any codes since last night, and I know I have a bunch more on the way. Hm.....

Wow. This thread has exploded. I'd send out some emails, but I gotta work and go to class. Maybe if I'm doing absolutely nothing at work I can do this.

I can now prove the "Don't open your e-mail/use your codes" thing works. All of my email addresses where I've opened up and used codes are not getting any referrals. However, my one address where I haven't opened anything only had two. :/

Guess I'll do this Ozz style and create several million addresses. :)

I've been to 2 grocery stores and none of them are carrying any specially marked packages.

I'm thinking it would be a bad idea to save up all your codes for one entry/entries toward the end, because you know there are lots of people that are going to take that strategy, causing a dilution of the pool toward the end
 
The best strategy is get as many as you can right now and flood the newest time. That way, people will notice that it already has a couple hundred and won't put more in.

My night job is working in a restaurant, so I just take the caps people leave behind. Ironically I'm drinking my first Mountain Dew in over a year now, I wanted to try that Pitch Black II kind, and it doesn't even have the codes in the box of cans.

Funny story about the caps with codes on them: We got a pallette of the new Mountain Dews with this promotion Thursday, and I started putting them out Saturday night after we ran out of the old ones. Some kid goes to get one right after and tellls me its already opened. So I take it and he pulls out another, its already opened too. Wouldn't you know, all the ones I put out were already opened, and so were some more of them off that same pallette. While I was in the back the thought crossed my mind of opening them all and getting the codes, but it looks like someone had already done it!
 
damn no dice for me.... I was in the 8:30 drawing and lost. It's weird tho, glancing at the winner board it looks like they're skipping some time slots here and there... not sure what that's about.
