So I finally got my phantasy star online keyboard usb adapter today. Wanna know why it took sol long to get here? Those assholes shipped it media mail! To top it all off those mother fuckers charged me $7 shipping! I am reporting this to USPS.com. fuck those mother fucking assholes.
 
Man....that sucks...but did you honestly expect anything different from M$?

You know they have to pick up extra money somewhere ever since it was ruled they WEREN'T allowed to officially take over the world...
 
Did you pay just for shipping or shipping AND Handling cuz I'm pretty sure they can up the handling fee as they see fit.
 
Cancelling a product which the marketplace can't support is not a reason to be mad at them.

How can the marketplace not support an MMORPG for Xbox Live? Is the market really so flooded with these? I find myself hard pressed to name even one. Sounds like a smokescreen to me ...

Phantasy star online. They just suck cause they want $5-$10 a month to play. Thats not worth it.
 
PSO isn't really a true MMORPG, that is to say it is designed like one but put on a smaller scale. TFLO was expected more ambitious and more on scale of regular MMORPG
 
As much as I want to see M$ start treating their customers right, you're probably fighting a losing battle Big Nick. They will probably claim that the extra charges are due to "handling" or some other crap like that. But give them hell anyways.

Me paying $7 has nothing to do with it. The item I ordered is not allowed to be shipped via media mail.
 
My company has a deal to get Microsoft products for "free" for employees. I can order The latest MS Office, Visio, Project, and FrontPage. TEchnicaly, my company has already paid for them in their licensing.

Yet, MS charges a S&H cost for the Home Use program. It's $20 bucks. And I know they're probably going to send me an OEM version Media Mail wich will cost $1.42 in Postage. So that means their Handling Charge is $18.50! They're upping the Handling charge to get a double payment. It's not hundreds of dollars, but that extra $18 is unnecessary.

They can send CD's via media mail, not a USB Keyboard adapter for my Xbox!

books, sheet music, computer media(cd's) certain kinds of film. Not a Xbox usb adapter. It just really pisses me off. This probably cost the post office $20,000. 50,000 people probably ordered one of these.

WOW! So I sent a letter to the USPS frau dept, and they replied and also sent my complaint on to Microsoft. I logged on th pay my AMX bill, and guess what? I had a $0.94 refund from microsoft. Its not much, but hey, who cares. I hope I got them in trouble.

Are you sure it was media mail, and not 3rd class mail? Either way damn its not that important to get in a tizzy for. It says 7.99 for shipping and handling. Handling includes getting the product to them, packaging it and getting it to you.. Not saying its a great price but sheesh more important things to gripe about.
