Managed to snag Remember Me today. Was going to get LEGO Marvel, but it's actually the PC version just with the X360 box art... If I wanted the PC version I'm sure I could get it cheaper than that.

it all random no set days or times or nothing there could be a restock then no restock for two weeks then after that not another one for a month a few times it been more then a month. It pretty much be right place right time with Microsoft sales.

That was such a predictable response. But here's my answer.... Because I see them in my RSS news feed when I get into the work, and the deals are mostly all long gone. On average I see about 20 new threads on reddit, and 5 on CAG. And why is CAG lagging, because IMHO it's become the resting place for trolls. Negativity in spades, including my own contributions which generally are due to being trolled.

if the deals are mostly all gone than why does it matter whether you see them on reddit or CAG?

 
Any of this still going? I wont be home for 3 hrs so i cant check yet. It sucks i just got some of these at gamespots b2g1. Also remember me is free on ps plus so ill just play that. I didnt think id like ps plus since i collect games and like to own them but for games like payday 2 and remember me, that i had no urge to buy but did want to try, it works well. Ill stick to buying ones i really like. Plus i mainly got it so when i finally get a ps4 and a ps vita ill have tons of games for hem lol
 
I really hate the MS store right about now....

The sales last a split second before everything sells out and I doubt there is "heavy traffic" at 8 AM on a Friday morning.  

Ugh, I guess I'll have to keep waiting then.

Got a copy of Blacklist. Apparently it was $12.99 earlier, but then jumped up to $39.99 when I last checked. Glad I just randomly checked again.

 
Grabbed Blacklist as well.  Thanks, DieGo.  Debated on the NBA2k13 for $20 with the basketball and earphones....but just couldn't justify it.

I don't know if I want to even get that due to the fact that it's possible they could just stick the packaging label on the box itself rather than put the box in another box.

it is a nice set and the ball is pretty nice but more then likely due to size of the package they will put the sticker on outside cause I know with other Collector Sets others ordered from Microsoft that how they did it. I bought this edition a few months back though at gamestop for $15 when they converted them to used.

I have been tempted by MGS collections and MGS5 but I suppose this $10 Splinter Cell should feed my hunger for some tactical espionage!

It keeps giving me technical difficulties after i add to cart and put in my credit card info. Im guessing its out of stock and they just havent changed it?

I actually did. I first used chrome and then used firefox and still gave me the "technical difficulties" shenanigans. I also checked my card and there is plenty of credit and no problems with it.

I have been talking with an MS "rep" and of course they recommended me try it again in IE instead. This time it says my "financial institiution" is preventing or something like that. I look at my card and there is plenty of credit and no pending charges. I m at a loss. I was thinking maybe my bank saw all my attempts and thought it was suspicious and halted my card but the rep said they have nothing in their records showing any orders from me.

You my friend are fucked. They have put an alert on your account and I swear no one in that damn organization can fix it except for this guy ----> email him [email protected]

interesting. Same thing happened to me. 'financial institution'. I had to go into my account and delete my credit card info and reenter it. When entering it, the phone number messes up at the bottom. the input is supposed to be 9 characters, but it automatically fills in the country code to start.

AKA instead of XXX-YYY-ZZZZ it showed as 1XX-XYY-YZZZ and got rid of the last digit. Because of that, the number did not match my 'financial institution's number.

After changing that AND switching to firefox, I was finally able to place an order.

Have you bought things off of their site before with no problems? Ive never had any kind of problem buying games off of their site before. Usually goes with out a hitch.

I d like to get the game, but im not too worried about it as i still have plenty of backlog titles still to go through and im sure I ll see it cheap again.

EDIT: good news! I figured out the problem. For some stupid reason they have my old card on there with my new one and wont let me delete it so it went to the expired card as the preferred card. I dont know why they wont let me delete it though which is pretty annoying. Odd thing is Ive bought from them within the time ive had my new card and even used it on there and it strangely put that card as the primary... retarded.

I ran into that issue when buying Blacklist today as well. For some reason it was defaulted to my expired card and old billing address even though I have a new card on file and its set to be my default card on purchases from the site. Luckily I was able to get it resolved and get 2 copies.

 
Why doesn't MS just do these random time sales on XBL? I know they're trying to get rid of discs but damn... A lot of us are missing out.
 
Thanks guys! Price dropped by $3 before my $12.99 copy arrived.  I'll have to return the first and rebuy the second, but $3 is almost 25% savings!

this is so true. i didnt fix it with this guy, but i had so much trouble. my xbox, office, microsoft store and hotmail accounts were all completely fucked. (worst was I have an office subscription and it was fucked to the point where I cannot deauthorize a machine or reinstall on a new machine) took me 2 months to fix it, it was after i had to go on a twitter rant and complain to microsoft, microsoft store, and whoever i could find related to microsoft officially.

microsoft is a clusterfuck when it comes to noncorporate customers / end users.
