$99 is the same price you'd pay at GS for a "recertified" 120 GB HDD, plus at GS you can use the EDGE and the eternal 10% coupon too.

Nice find though, OP. I've never heard of icraveit.com before, has anybody dealt with them before?
 
Not a bad deal on any of this stuff, thanks OP.

I must admit, though, to say the "retail price" of this hdd is $180 is misleading in so many ways.

$150 is the msrp for a NEW 120GB, with transfer cable.

What exactly is recertified? In between refurbished and used, wtf? ANyone got a answer?

Also, has anyone dealt with them before, site doesn't look so safe.

I'm pretty sure that this just means the HDD was reformatted. Which means its probably used.
 
Generally, refurbished and recertified are the same. Some places will use recertified to suggest the item is closer to "like-new."

I picked up my 120GB drive at GS with one of the 20% off used coupons and my EDGE card. Even $70+ out the door is a too much for a 120GB drive, but it was a lot easier to deal with after I sold my 20GB drive and the transfer cable I got from MS, basically ending up with the drive for about $15 or so.
