how do i unlock smoke?

but more importantly how do i get to input my intials for a high score?

ive kill ed 6 people in a row on novice and i dont get to put my intials

do i have to play on master to input my intials?

you might need to input the ultimate kombat code or w.e

and usually the inputting of initials is when you lose...not to sure right now
