MLB 10 THE SHOW - $44.99 on Ebay... Is this legit?

The price is really good, and why would you sell it for $10 less then everyone else? Plus he has no feedback as a seller, and when you look at other items he has a ton of games listed. So now all of a sudden hes a hardcore seller, yet no feedback? Is this deal legit? and let me know ASAP because this is a good price lol

Two things come to mind. Could be someone who bought off a distributor, though the profit margin is low. Or could be someone who simply stole them from a retailer. Though I like to think that is not the case.

Either way we have had a few people on CAG sell at that price with new games (buyamerican comes to mind, I think that was his username here - I know it was on TradeGamesNow) - and he was completely legit.

ah crap I just look at his buyer feedback and realized hes been buying auctions that automatically give you good feedback. Thats not a good sign looks like a scam.

So, ebay deleted this guys account and said it was stolen. Then they told me to file a dispute with paypal to get my money back. So I did. Then this morning Fedex came by with MLB 10 The Show...WTF? This is the strangest scam ever.
