Nice little tie-in for the midsummer classic today. It was $29.99 over the weekend to match Best Buy so it only dropped an additional $4 but this is still a pretty good deal for a current-year baseball game in July. Of course, The Show is generally accepted to be more refined, realistic, and less arcadey but this is a good choice if you lack a PS3 or aren't as big on extremely sim-like baseball. Previous years of this series have been atrocious but 2K10 has had generally positive reviews. After 4 years of picking up The Show every season I'm finally going to try this one for 360.

Picked up the PC version when it was a few bux for opening day, via Gamestop direct download. I must say I have had a lot of fun with it and would consider the 360 version just because I'm an achievement whore.

I too enjoyed the 3 dollar opening day version. Used a 360 gamepad and had alot of fun.

I have that 20 buck gift card from Red Dead, and I like the demo of this game a lot. The stick pitching is a lot of fun. Timing is a bit weird though.

Did they fix those massive bugs though?

In for a PS3 copy. I've played this and it's finally a good game of baseball by 2k Sports. The hitting is better and easier to read the incoming pitch than The Show, which can be frustrating at times. The Show is good, but I think it's highly overrated by many.

This is almost like getting it at 19.99 from another site where you would have to pay a couple bucks tax and a few bucks shipping.

Couldn't agree more!

I have both and find myself playing this a whole heck of a lot more!

This is a great deal, especially for those with a 360 only. Portable versions are crap though, so steer clear.

Wrong day actually. Today is the day. You have to play the All-Star Game in MLB today on the date of the All-Star game. Which is tonight.

However 2K could be cool and leave this up the whole All-star break (which would be until the 15th).
