I saw this Tweet from Twitter

Well i watched the entire episode and I could not figure out where to get the mod and or the Kart for Modnation Racers..

If someone can help it would be appreciated...

People are saying it is not free when you go into the Share station. Is there a code or something that is missed in the video?

Wait, I've never really played this game, but I assumed the created stuff would be free like LBP. Are you saying they charge for it?

It's been a while since I downloaded anything (very much pre-PSN downtime) but no, I don't remember any user-created content requiring a purchase. Some Mods use DLC and that is marked, but you're just not allowed to edit those as you don't have the content yourself (you can normally edit Mods). You can still use the content as it is, though.
 
That was kind of crazy that they didn't even mention what to do in the TV show as promised.. Yes this is a free D/L.. If you go to share and look up the name you will see the mod and the Kart..

Yeah, they did. It was right after Nicky Minaj left. They said exactly what to do.
