My TV broke recently so i have been using my friends tv to play ps3 on, but thats getting old and i wanna bring the ps3 back to my room. MY room is kinda small and i really dont watch much tv so i was figuring i could get a monitor or tv that i could use fror my computer and ps3. Im not looking to go over like 25 inches and dont need top quality and wanna stay fairly low priced anyone have ideas or certain specifications that the tv/mon needs in order to work for a comp and ps3 thanks

what the heck is the point of this thread?

Shouldn't this be in the "deals/question" thread?

Anyways...almost all of LCD tv's offer both of what you're looking for. My olevia has a VGA and HDMI port for both. As for brand...there's too many to choose from. I would check out "avsforums.com". A good site for what you want.

Any monitor that has a high resolution, HDCP, and fits your budget is good. I bought a Sceptre X20WG-Naga or something, 20.1" and it looks great. It's a 6-bit panel, though :(

Shoot for 8-bit panels. Do some research on what that is (16.7 million colors, color banding).

When you find a monitor, go to an AV forum or a tech forum and post about your soon-to-be purchase. Get the last opinions, and go buy.

/thread.
