Two of my favorite shows are on sale, and these two seasons contain some of the best episodes from their respective series. 
I see only Monk Season 7 and Psych Season 3 have the special $16.99 pricing, while the other seasons are still running at about $35-40 each. I'm not sure how long this price will last because it doesn't appear to be part of any special promotion or sale. Kind of random if you ask me. Unless it's to get us excited for the upcoming sets of Monk Season 8 and Psych Season 4.
