Morrowind: GOTY best price?

I was wondering if anyone knew where to find Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind GOTY cheap. I saw it at Target today for $19.99 but I didn't know if I could find it cheaper. Any suggestions?

If your BB still has GGCs left than I would just do that. I haven't seen it cheaper than that for a new copy.
