Mortal Kombat (360/PS3) Pre-Order - $49.99 + FS @ NewEgg.com

that's pretty decent, I'd rather save now than have a $10 gc to use later w/an expiration date. any info if it comes with a preorder bonus?
 
I think it's a pretty good deal but I have the Kollectors preordered @ GameStop.

To my knowledge, NewEgg doesn't support preorder bonuses.
 
I wish the KE includes both a fightstick and the bookends.. But nooooooo -_- so I ordered the KE instead.. Anyone know if the KE will be limited? I know the TE is by 20,000.

No bonus, but best price I have seen given it is 3-day shipping for free

I am not sure any of the bonuses are worth it unless you really need a special skin.

I never pre-order and I am very CAG but I am getting this because I am getting together with my bro and my friends and we played the shag-fu out of all the previous MK releases so this is an excuse for wings and beer and fatalities
 
Good deal, and this could very well be a (rare) release day purchase for me, but i'm holding out until i get a chance to play a demo. I'm a long time MK fan(ever since part 1), but have detested all of the MK games from the last two generations(with the exception of Shaolin Monks, which was awesome, though not a true MK).
 
I've been wanting a deal on this for a while. It looks like this might be the game to bring MK back to its former glory.

The 300 level tower challenge is absolutely awesome! Some of the challenges are awesome as seen in the video. I would love to know what the game mechanics are like on the challenge where both fighters heads are lopped off - LOL!

I have setup vgame parties before, but this is the first time I already have 100% response so I hope it is great. My brother has a very large living room and he is even getting a second 50" TV so we can have two area where people are playing....I really hope it does not disappoint.
 
I'm not sure if my situation is just an isolated incident, but my pre-order no longer shows up in my Newegg order history. I preordered the PS3 version back when this deal was announced (order placed March 6th). I fired off an e-mail to Newegg, so we'll see what they have to say.
