Ok so I did a thread before where I asked everyone about store errors in the customers favor. But what about the flip side? Have you ever had a purchase that just started to go down hill from the start? One that made you develop a twitch in your left eye from the level of what the hell?

On the twenty second I placed two orders on Bestbuy. Still with me? Ok so I place the order, go to check my tracking # today, guess what, ITS BEING DELIVERED! M.Night.Shyamalan Twist! It's being delivered to MINNESOTA... I'm pretty sure I'm not in Minnesota, now I may be wrong as I am part Norwegian, so I go check my delivery address, NOPE still not in Minnesota. I go to the chat support for bestbuy, first guy pretty much says Oh they are just taking that route to save time and money... Yes because it will save ALOT of shipping time if they just give it to a person in Minnesota... I close the chat and roll the dice again, this next person actually understand's hmmm, that doesn't seem right. So I give him the tracking #'s for both of them, he check's, and then says "Well you should call UPS and see what happened"... I tell him, I bought these from bestbuy, I paid bestbuy, so when there's a problem I intend to speak to BESTBUY. It's not my problem to figure out why the shipping carrier bestbuy chose messed up. So he direct's me to the bestbuy post purchase support... AKA he just pawns me off to their 1-888-bestbuy number.

I call and FINALLY get someone competent, she call's ups (or usps) and check's the tracking, after also checking on the site as well, she apologizes for this mix up thanks me for being a reward zone member and transfer's me to the back office to see what they can do. First, the heavily accented person at the back office, (Sound's literally like a crowded back office with people speaking foreign languages) say's how since on UPS it says delivery expected on 5/28 there's still no issue. Then I point out how UPS has transferred the package to USPS, where on the page it show's the new tracking # for usps.com, and the new label # for that package is showing OUT FOR DELIVERY, TODAY, IN MINNESOTA. She agree's I am not in Minnesota, once again thanking me for being a reward zone member and how valued I am. Then say's she will issue a reship of the item's. Here's the problem, two of the three item's are no longer available for shipping so that won't exactly work! She check's and sure enough, they aren't available.
So FINALLY I get a resolution, she makes a one time exception and because I am such a valued reward zone member (I guarantee there is a training video or memo to thank the customer like 10 times for being a RZ member), she offer's me a $20 (E-coupon) that can be sent within a minute but only can be used one time, and if the item is cancelled won't be refunded, OR a $20 gift card to be sent to me for my troubles. Along with a refund (She also proceeded to order a reship of the one item still in stock with expedited shipping) and ask's if there's anything else she can assist me with, nope that will be all.

Long story short, Bestbuy gave my game's to someone in Minnesota and four people later I finally got an acceptable resolution.
