Most Anticipated GC Games of 2004

According to IGN/Gamespy's E3 coverage, here are the top 5 most anticipated GameCube games:

1. Legend of Zelda
2. Metroid Prime 2: Echoes
3. Resident Evil 4
4. Star Fox 2
5. Paper Mario 2

No Pikmin 2? :cry:
Legend of Zelda at #1 is to be expected. And where the heck is Donkey Konga? I LOVED that game!
 
Nintendo, for the first time in the life of the GameCube, just finally has so many hits to look forward to that all the great games can't fit into a top 5. :)
 
I dunno if all those games are going to be released this year, especially the Zelda title.

Where's Tales of Symphonia or Baten Kaitos or even Killer 7? All the anticipated titles are sequels, so maybe people are afraid of new things.

I must agree, and looking at your avatar reminds me that the Mega Man Anniversary Collection is out next month. That game is definitely near the top of my list.

Baiten Kaitos, Tales of Symphonia and the Mega Man collection are definately atop my list. Paper Mario 2 and Fire Emblem(not sure if it's getting released this year) round out my top 5
 
There's a whole bunch of GameCube stuff that's going to be great, as usual. Here are my top 5:

1. Zelda: Four Swords Adventures
2. Pikmin 2
3. Fire Emblem
4. Midway Arcade Treasures 2
5. Mega Man Anniversary Collection
 
i've been waiting for pikmin 2 forever. all other games can wait. not really but i want to play pikmin that bad.
 
gamecube is finally catching up, this and the next seem like are going to b the for the console. too bad their probally gonna b two if its last (given nintendo plans on a 2006 release of the next console).

My personal list: (Zelda is left off because its not out till '05)

1. Geist
2. Paper Mario 2
3. Tales of Symphonia
4. Mega Man Collection
5. Baten Kaitos
 
The Megaman Collection is probably one of the biggest anticipations for me. I'm also looking forward to Fire Emblem and Paper Mario!
 
Surprised to see Metroid Prime 2, not on peoples lists. Counting on a 2005 Zelda, here is my list:

1. Metroid Prime 2
2. Resident Evil 4
3. Pikmin 2
4. Fire Emblem

Other than that I am not sure, toss up between Geist/Killer 7/Paper Mario, and others.

The legend of zelda would be #1 or #2 on my list, but I know its going to be like Halo 2 and be pushed back into next year.

My top 5 for '04:
1. Metroid Prime 2
2. Resident Evil 4
3. Paper Mario 2

Of course, I'm also super excited for Legend of Zelda and even more so for DK Jungle Beat. And I have passing interests in Virtua Fighter Quest and Fire Emblem.
 
Is VJ2 coming out this year? I know Fire Emblem is not coming out in US till 2005 :(

Anyways, here is my Top 5 list for GC without just trying to guess what will come out when:

tales of symphonia. love the tales series. metriod prime 2 looks maaaad good.[multiplayer!!!]

as for killer 7 and resident evil 4......

they got pushed back to Q1/2005.

godamn shame.

megaman comand misson x looks good. [a real megaman rpg]
