I paid 10 bucks for Hunter the reckoning for PS2 most horrible cheapass deal ever not even worth it at that price seriously....

You didn't play 4 player then did you? Yeah it's mindnumbing but somehow 4 players made all the difference.

I'd have to say Urban Yeti (GBA) for $2 using a ReservationRewards.com coupon. The worst game for the GBA. It's glitchy, hard to tell if something is a building or a road, and everything hurts you including pigeons crapping on your head.

Yea hunter wasnt that bad when u had a group of friends play it with u but most of my cheapass games i havent even played yet im not sure what my problem is but i dont have the ambition to play them....but when i buy a brand new game for 40 to 50 bucks in open it right up and play it ......weird

I payed $20 after discount for Thousand Arms a couple of years ago. That's called a 'mistake'. Promptly returned it and swapped it for Front Mission 3.

And yeah, Herdy Gerdy sucked.

parapa the rappa 2, i bought it remembering the good ol' days of playing the first on the psx; it was fun. 2 just didn't cut it, and the rhymes and the story were just bad.

Several years ago, I found Tribal Rage for PC in a bargain bin of EBgames for 5 bucks. I remember vaguely hearing about it and bought it. What a waste of 5 bucks.

Pulse Racer (XBOX) for $7. The best thing about the game was that I could use the new case to replace a more beat up XBox case with.

E.T. for Atari. $1 at big lots. I think they should pay for my counsiling...im still scarred years later. I had weird dreams where E.T. was a CG effect and all the police men were saying bang and pointing walkie-talkies....

Battle Arena Toshinden 3. Picked it up recently for about $5. I have no idea what they were thinking when they developed this. It has some ok concepts, but execution is the worst.

But you could kill Elliott which was a plus. Call the ship to pick you up, then while you're waiting call Elliott out. When the ship arrives it will "land" on Elliott and lock up the game. It amused me back in '82.
I paid $50 for Real Pool on PS2 once...

*slaps self*
Whoa. Just whoa.

... a pool game. For shame...

The worst that I personally paid for was Turok Evolution. $8.99 was still too much for that. The worst in my collection is Daikatana for the N64. I'm not sure how much the friend who bought it for me (as revenge for me getting him Final Fantasy Tactics) paid, but unless he was paid to take it from the seller he got ripped off.

I actually enjoyed BAT 3. The combo system was intresting, cool moves, and characters. It wasn't great but had alot of replay bacause you couldn't put in any codes to unlock the characters, you had to beat the game with everyone, which took alittle time. Anyways back on topic.

For me it's a tie between Lucky Luke and Irritating Stick (don't ask why) for PSX. I bpught each for $3 at EB.

You gave him FF Tactics, and he gave you Daikatana. I hate to tell you this, but he is not your friend.

Well, I gave it to him as a joke, knowing he'd hate it, just like he knew I'd hate Daikatana but, yeah, there's a definite difference in value between the two.

Worst cheap ass games evaaaa!!!!!1

Soldier of Fortune 2 Xbox ($10)
Murakumo Xbox ($7)

My best (and most recent) cheap ass purchase was Breakdown (xbox). Finally finished it, an incredible game once you get the hang of it.

Blowout, Freaky Flyers, Total Immersion Racing, and Superman Shadow of Apokolips all for the PS2 and for $5 each @ BB. I guess you get what you paid for. BTW TIR had the most unresponsive controls ever in a racing game.

I had actually wanted to pick up Superman for $5, but they were all sold out in my area by the time it hit that price (and I was not about to pay $10 for it). Still have it?

WHAT?! Thousand Arms is awesome! The only thing that may have put you off was the dating system, but everything else in the game is great. And I personally loved the dating system.

Nah, I traded away to punqsux awhile back. I always see this title at the BB i go to for $5. If it's still there I'll pick it up and sell it to you for cost, if you still want it.

Yeah, it was back in the "I don't value money at all, so I buy anything and everything that remotely interests me for $50" stage. Then my pile of unplayed crap piled up to +50 and I became cheap. :)

I *LOVE* Illbleed. Yeah, the game's a bit dated and all, but it's a great cheesy outlook on the survival horror genre!! If you love b-grade scary movies, this game is for you!! :D

Back on topic, the worst game I paid for was Dark Cloud I :|

Illbleed is fucking awesome and is definitely in the top three Dreamcast games. Shenmue II and Code: Veronica are the other two. I can't say enough good things about Illbleed. You probably didn't like it because it was "too hard." But the thing is, the first two levels are THE HARDEST IN THE ENTIRE GAME. Things actually get a lot easier the further you go, but they also get a lot funnier.

Dual Blades for GBA. Paid $2.99 for it at EB(along with Robotech CE for $4.99). Guess what? It WASN'T EVEN WORTH $3! I traded it in the next day at a local game shop for $10 in credit, though, so I came out okay in the end. I just couldn't get over the fact that I bought a brand new game for $3 and didn't think it was even worth that much.

Bruce Lee Questof the Dragon. FOr some strange reason, I felt compelled to stay up all night to beat it. Hmm that didnt come out right.

Probably Freaky Flyers for $5. It has a neat look and the characters seem fun, but the game itself just didn't do it for me at all.

49.99 for Superman 64 the day it came you... i actually attempted to sit through it for 3 whole days before i sold it to some kid for 40.

that was my worst ever but i also got Makken X the day it came out and returned it no more then 12 hours later and just said "It sucks" I miss the days when EB took that as a valid reason for an exchance. More recently i have wreckless, enter the matrix, and state of emergency. Alll 49.99 when i got them... played no more then 20 mins a peice cause their horrible

Forgot, i also got the Spawn game for the dreamcast full price... horrible horrible game. Atleast i could laugh at it though

edit: HAHAHA i totally missed the cheapass part of this ;) My bad. But to add to it back in the day i picked up Buck Bumbel for the 64 for like 15 bucks. The singler player was crap but i did get some fun out of the multiplayer soccer game.

I paid $3 for WWF Raw, man its probabley the worst game I have ever played in my life, just goes to show you Gameplay >>>>> Graphics and every other factor

Recently mine has got to be No one Lives Forever on the PS2 for $10. I loathe that game. Another is Auto Modellista (PS2) for $7.50. I love the graphics but the car itself is near impossible to control. I hit the accelerator and I go in...circles? WTF indeed. Another case of beautiful graphics, and crappy gameplay.

My $3 copy of BMX XXX is pretty lousy. I wasn't impressed with Legends of Wrestling either (although that was free so I can't really complain).

However, the worst cheap game I own is the original Spec Ops for the PS1. I bought it before I read any of the lousy reviews (and for $10 I thought it was a good deal when I was handing over my cash). I've regretted that purchase ever since. Not even the two-player co-op play saved that game.

It's got to be Turok for Xbox. I paid $9 for it at KB, traded it in within the next week. I just paid 90 cents for Shaq Fu today, and I think that was 90 cents too much!

The worst game I paid full price for was Duke Nukem Land of the Babes. I don't know what possessed me to drop $40 on such a sucktastic piece of crap.
