Went to BB yesterday and was just walking the aisles when I saw the DVDs. They were labeled on the shelf so thats how I knew. The ones that I remembered being tagged were the TNA Japan show, Sting the Icon, Best of Christian Cage, TNA first year, TNA 50 Greatest Moments, and a bunch of PPVs. Theres also a 10% off coupon good on one dvd floating around in a dvd magazine in the store.

picked up the Global Impact DVD during this sale. Can't wait for the TNA house show here in Wichita this Sunday!

thanks for the heads up op im gonna go pick up the Sting dvd been meanin to for ages i hope the best of the X divsion is on sale as well

Just got back from Best Buy. I picked up Destination X 2008 and Lockdown 2008. I wanted The Best of Christian Cage-The Instant Classic, but it was out-of-stock. I'll check another Best Buy later this week and see if they have it, and I may pick up a couple more of the PPV's that were on sale. Again, thanks for the heads up, OP.

I need some TNA dvds to go along with my WWE collection.
I'll have to check Best Buy Friday and get Sting, and maybe Christian Cage if they have them. Any other recommendations?

Here's my quick reviews on the ones I own:

History Of TNA Year 1 - Good viewing for those who want to know a bit more about the company. I did feel that they spent a little too much time on the first PPV show but outside of that there is some great stuff on here.

50 Greatest Moments - This is a nice one to watch after the Year 1 DVD. I actually had a lot of fun watching this. Lots of great memories for me on this disc. Amazing how much TNA has done in that short amount of time.

Christian Cage - The documentry on his career is worth it. Getting to see stuff such as Christian, Edge, and Rhyno is awesome. Plus there's a good set of matches on the disc as well.

Sting - Not a bad DVD but not the best TNA DVD put together. What you get is a quickly assembled collection of his "early" days in TNA. When I say "early" in this case its TNA ignoring that he worked for the company during the Nashville Wednesday PPV era and that he didn't arrive in TNA until the Spike TV era. The interview is pretty typical modern Sting stuff about how he "lost his way" and that "God helped him" type of stuff.

I don't own any of the PPV DVDs that are $9.99. And honestly I don't have a good memory of most of the cards since I have only see those events on the original live PPV broadcast. But there ya go.

Wow this deal isn't bad at all! The Best of the Bloodiest Brawls [the one with sabu on the cover] is a steal at that price, it usually runs about 23+ if you can even find it in stock. Both of the best of the X divison sets are worth $12 just for the Ultimate X matches

Thanks OP!

Those are on there? :O Didn't notice

I went to Best Buy today and I picked up the Global Impact DVD. It was only 9.99, I would've bought the Christian Cage DVD as well but it wasn't in stock.

Went today and the only one I was interested in was Sting, but then looked at the match list and put it back down. Match list didn't excite me much.
Ended up picking up a couple movies, Equilibrium & Tombstone.
Still waiting for a good deal on some good TNA dvds. :)

The Best Of Samoa Joe one is worth every cent. Great matchs plus great interviews with Joe between each match. One of TNA's best DVD releases to date in my opinion.

Might also pick up both Best of the X-Divisions too. They are $13 each.
Seems like the best looking DVDs are the cheapest, all of the other TNA DVDs are around $20 on Amazon

I know for a fact that there are no copies of Global Impact at any of my Best Buys, so nothing for me. :( Thanks for the head's up though.

Does anyone know if this sale is still going on? I checked online and none are on sale anymore but maybe it's an in store thing? I bought Global impact right before the sale and am looking to get my five bucks back... thanks.
