and please no ECS motherboards can

Go to "maximumpc.com" and simply look up the best motherboard that the say is out right now. The last time I looked, there was an Asus mobo that isnt terribly expensive that they say Kicks Ass. This magazine is without a doubt the best source for getting the scoop on the best. Now the processor cost is a whole nother story..... and to be frank you should upgrade the videocard.
DDR2 Uses a different slot than ddr. I just want agp becousea already have a agp video card
Oh..

If you have an AGP its got to be sorely dated, but then I suppose it depends on what you're doing with it.

I'm interested in a MOBO that supports AGP as well. I was looking at the ones that have both AGP and PCIE. The one recommended to me was the ASRock 939Dual-SAT2 (I'm planning on getting a Dual-Core).

Kayden, I just bought my card a year ago. It is not outdated atleast to me (6800GT). I know a lot of gamers who still have AGP, and they're not playing old games either. I can still manage with graphics maxed out on practically all the latest games, and that's considering I have an Intel 2.6 CPU.
