Motion Sensor Control!

I'm pretty sure Nintendo will win in sales regardless of what sony or MS tried to come up with this gen.

However, I am anxious to see what comes of the motion remote. It'll either be a new and permanent type of accessories for future games or like most of the other MS accessories and be only for a few games.

Sounds like they did motion control right.

Too bad success will be limited with this device, unfortunately, since the word of mouth momentum for the Wii is just too great, even if this is done better.

Please no I hate almost ever thing about the Motion Control on the Wii, please end the gimmick, lol I guess there no hope for that to many causal/none gamers who like it.

Ps my hate for the Wii come for testing too many Wii games.

Doesn't look very sleek to me. Kinda ugly.

I don't expect much in the way of third-party support for this.

Tilt boards have been around for a while for the 360. It just required you to mod your controller or buy a pre-modded one. I don't really care for this type of control much unless its going to be considered more of a certain type game only controller.

I hope this doesn't get picked up. I hope the xbox stops trying to recapture the market that nintendo already has by the throat. I dont mind the scene it games since they are fun...just no tennis or bowling please.

Scene It doesn't even use motion controls, and you can use the regular controllers for those games rather than the remotes.

Why would Microsoft not use this, they already used the avatar that the Wii used from PC and Microsoft used from the Wii lol. I don't think they're putting everything into this and you're not loosing out on the triple A shooters. It's just another target market.

Microsoft already has a cheaper version of the Xbox than the Wii. Expect this to be in a new bundle for $199 before Christmas, with lots of marketing trying to say you are wasting money if you buy a Wii.

And they would be so right.

What's confusing is that this setup is completely different than the one that was speculated on about a month ago. Will it be a Wiimote clone or a Vision Camera on steroids? I wouldn't want either, but some people love them the waggle.

From a pure schadenfreude point, it would be pretty hilarious if both came out at the same time.

Squeeballs was announced about a month ago, but it hasn't been demonstrated or anything yet. I hope they show us what it's all about at E3.
