Why shouldn't he? Transporter was an ok movie, and the extended one offers 15 minutes more fight scenes, as well as a free ticket to Transporter 2, all for 13 bucks.

Hell, movie tickets here are 8 dollars (and I was probably going to see T2 in theaters anyways), so it's almost like getting the DVD for $5.

EDIT: I realize TSD didn't put it in the ad's, or maybe didn't know. The new Transporter DVD is called Transporter: Special Delivery Edition, features 15 minutes of unrated, extended fight scenes put back into the movie, and has an MSRP of 14.99.

Yeah, it's 14.99 at CC with a free pack of lithographs, or you could pricematch the CC price at BB and get a free comic book.
 
You guys gotta watch Layer Cake, great film. A great selection of 9.99 movies and a decent selection of 6.99 films. Pick up Raising Arizona for some good ol' Coen Bros. humor.

Does anyone know if Shark Tale is a decent movie?

So far for me next week it's Transporter: Special Delivery Edition, Assault on Precinct 13 (have to get my $5 dollar refund from where I bought it from CC for 15), and Troy.
 
I am in for Scarface.. I got rid of my old version. Wanted the big boxed version.. but this will do.
 
Thanks TSD. I can't believe they're double dipping on The Transporter. I liked the first one and bought the (now) old version because it didn't seem like a movie that warranted a double dip even with a sequel. Now I'll have to upgrade that AND The Truman Show. And isn't this a triple dip for Gladiator?

Only double, although they did release a 1 disc only version sans the extras at some point.

besides movie tickets are like $10 in norcal right now as i'm sure they are most other places.
 
I'm definitely picking up "Tombstone: History of the Undertaker." 3 discs & over 10 hours of content for $16.99 is a steal.

Strange no mention of Truman Show SE in CC's ad. CircuitCity.com however is showing $17.99 on it, so it looks like I'll be pricematching it on Tuesday (if CC gets it in lol). Gladiator Extended looks damn tempting at $24.99, I might finally buy it (tho I prefered it when it was called.. you know... SPARTACUS)

Old Boy was brought over? Maybe I should have waited.. I have the Korean region 3 dvd, but I have to do a trick with my apex dvd player, if any of you know about it. I could try my AR max since it makes the ps2 region free..

Well's it's only $15 at Deep Discount, but still I was hoping it would be the same price or less at one of the retailers this week so I could just do all my shopping in one place.
