Intel P4 3.2 540 LGA 775 CPU. The box is open, however, the chip has never been put in a motherboard, the fan never attached, and is for all intents and purposes brand new. The package was only opened to determine that the CPU was in fact, incompatible for the motherboard my father had. He decided to not bother with the upgrade, and I am left with this chip.
