MP3 player or digital camera for under $50 each

Thanks but I'm looking for more specific recommendations like I've seen some cheap Kodak and Lenovo cameras. What's their quality like? As for MP3 players I've seen Ematic. Is that brand any good? How does it compare to the cheap Sony Walkman?

Today at www.1saleaday.com in the gifts section you can get a palm clix digital camera for 5 bucks with shipping. I bought 2 for my niece and nephew. It does not have a screen on the back though..but its 5 bucks...

www.bensoutlet.com had a few mp3 players for sale as well. like 40 bucks with shipping.
Why not just an iPod shuffle? Those are like $50.
They're also shit, compared to what you can get for that same amount.

For $40 you can get the Sansa Clip+ or Clip Zip, which are superior in pretty much every aspect to the shuffle:

As far as a digital camera for $50, you'd be hard pressed to find a good quality one for that price. Maybe in the used market

Here's an example of one that's cheaper but still has good reviews. I would still suggest you look in the $100+ range but this one should be okay:

For the digital cameras, I had a Polaroid for my first real digital camera (i.e. not a glorified webcam that cost $10). This one's $60. I've seen similar models on sale at Radio Shack, Wal-Mart, etc. for $50 though.

It has 12 MP and a 3x zoom. The overall reviews aren't great, but the majority seem to be people not using a good battery (i.e. lithium or rechargable.)

As for an mp3 player I'd definitely look at Sansa. For $40-$50 you can get a good 4 gb model which is definitely enough for a music player.
