Unfortunately (according to iTunes) both of these codes require an accompanying "Digital Copy DVD" to be present in your DVD drive in order to redeem. So unless someone has the DVD, or a workaround, they cannot redeem these.

Bridge of Spies may redeem at DigitalCopyPlus.com but it is not a DMA title so it will not port.
