I find that the more experienced players are fighting in endless battles and team player battles. I am having a blast playing online. Can't wait for the tournament mode.
I'm not sure you're on my PSN list -- send me a friend request, muzak!
Not allowed.

Two things you should never run out of:

Alcohol.

Toilet paper.
Truer words have never been spoken.
Morning all.
Morning, Mak.

Seeing A Nightmare on Elm Street tomorrow, hope it's good. Jackie Earl Haley was awesome as Rorschach, hope he makes a good Freddy.

Not sure about this Mt Dew Distortion. I like lime and all, but lime as the main flavor, not too sure about that. The other one I get was White Out, hopefully that tastes better.

Oh yeah...Morning, OTT

I tried the White Out and Typhoon, but the lime Distortion frightens me for some reason.

White Out is like a non-$$$gy Fresca. Typhoon is like ghetto-ass Tahitian Treat, but less sweet.

The Distortion is definitely different. It's not really good either. I'll finish this one, but won't waste my time on another one. I wish they would've kept the grape flavored one from a few years ago.
I would like to try these new dews of the mountain.

Avoid Distortion, unless you like the Lime taste greatly outweighing the lemon. Haven't tried the other 2 yet. Found mine at CVS of all places.

Don't matter where you found it. Mak won't get any until a) Amazon.com sells it,
or b) he makes a special trip to 'the big city'.

You see, Mak lives with the Amish, and he isn't allowed to enjoy things, lest he be shunned by his neighbors.

And he takes a potential shunning seriously. Who's going to help him raise a barn then?

And this is why he doesn't drink until the sun goes down.

And he calls US heathens.

And I thought I lived in a shitty area, no Wal Mart in town, (Kmart is our "big" store) (this town is stuck in the past). Sounds like we need to send a package to Mak. I'm sure a b-day package is long over due.

Damn. His old age has gotten to him.

fuck, was excited to wake up and download the UFC demo only to find out the public demo is out next week, today is only for people with preorder codes.

Just when you thought things couldn't get any weirder at Activision. Bungie has just announced that it has entered into a ten-year publishing agreement with Activision, which will receive exclusive, worldwide rights to publish all games based on Bungie's "next big action game universe." The deal also notes that Activision will have the rights to publish said games on "multiple platforms and devices," meaning Bungie's longstanding Xbox exclusivity may come to an end.

I wonder why MS wasn't able to hold on to them.

You heard it here first...Bungie will develop Modern Warfare 3.

Bank it!

Microsoft has issued its first reaction to today's news of a 10-year publishing deal between Activision and Bungie. Speaking to CVG, a Microsoft spokesperson said, "Our partnership with Bungie as a first-party developer for Xbox 360 remains unchanged, and right now we're deeply engaged with them on the development of Halo: Reach, which is poised to be the biggest game of 2010." This further seems to suggest the Activision/Bungie deal does only pertain to any games in Bungie's unannounced new franchise, as Microsoft's wording suggests they may still act as a publisher for other Bungie games in the future. We'll try to get more clarity on the exact parameters of the deal soon.

Has Bungie not seen what's happened with IW or something? They want out of MS because all MS wanted was Halo title after Halo title, what the hell do they think Activision will want besides sequel after sequel.

Also, I thought MS had the "first pass" clause on all future Bungie games?

That hadn't even occurred to me, but I'm pretty sure you're on to something.

the first Bungivision product, which is set in an "action game universe," is "well along in its development." We're not sure how "well along" said title actually is, but we'll keep our ears perked up for an announcement at E3.

Call of Duty: Future Warfare?
You guys are forgetting about the alleged DOUs that supposedly state that no Modern Warefare games nor any call of duty game set in a post vietnam time period will be made by studios other than IW. And since IW is pretty much going to be defunct after the release of map pack 2 for MW2, the future of MW brand is shaky at best.

Unless West/Zampella magically get the rights to MW, you can expect MW3 and whatever spinoffs to come out; they'll just be made by Treyarch/Sledgehammer.

considering they're suing Activision for this as well as unpaid bonuses, etc., I doubt it'd be wise for Activision to start development on the next entry until it's settled in court.

the old IW guys are going to want their cut for start up capital. this case won't delay any future COD games.

You mean to say you could identify Mogwai, Saxon Shore, Explosions in the Sky and Pelican just by hearing them w/o knowing who the artist was?

EDIT: I take that back. I know Mogwai's sound, just not enough to recall any songs.
Starcraft is gay.
Plus I'm pretty sure they already opened it up to anyone who puts $5 down for a preorder at Gamestop.

well, then, if their case is settled quickly, we'll know sooner rather than later, what happens to the MW franchise and Activision's ability to develop Call of Duty games set in the post-vietnam era to near future timeframe. :)
