I'd lose ~$5 if I shipped it back to the internet store.
Also, if you think 95% is bad, then you have the problem - too damn perfectionist. 95.4% is still an A. It's not possible to achieve 100% when you have to deal with idiot ebayers.
Like the guy who complained I shipped him a broken game (okay... so ask for a refund... there's no need to neg). Or the idiot who paid for a model airplane, but refused to pay the shipping, and negged me. And then there was the VCR buyer, who paid via paypal, I shipped, he received, and then he charged it back & negged me.
It's not possible to get perfection when you have to deal with Idiot Buyers. These people remind me of the guy at Sears who said, "Why are you rejecting my credit card?!?!?" I looked at his account. "Simple. Because you haven't paid your bill for 4 months!" Freakin' idiots.
Anyone who has worked retail, knows that some buyers are just impossible to please... and therefore 100% satisfaction is not possible.
