Sorry to have to do this, but after assessing ebay and shipping fees, I'm only able to offer CAGs half off the actual shipping costs. Prolly only be a couple dollars more. Hope you understand.
 
You should update your OP to note the change in your CAG discount. Not too cool.

But since you're charging $13, it's only a $1.50 difference. Kind of confused why you are backtracking on your offer over such a small amount.
