My experiences with ZotacUSA

Sorry to hear you had problems. I recently bought a zotac zbox nano ad12 to use as an openelec box (which is sweet) and read some newegg reviews that were less than stellar about their customer service. I did however get a really quick response to a problem I had by posting in their forums. You might want to try that avenue.
