i have only been a member of CAG for a little while and i finally but my new and so appericated knowledge to use on my last shopping trip.

I went to TRU and bought 2 copies of Drake(3.48 each)), 1 copy of Unreal 2(4.48) for xbox, 1 unreal championship(1.99), 1 XIII(2.48), and 2 copies of Ejay CLubworld (1.00 each) for about 20 bucks. I went over ot my FYE and traded them all in.

I got 71 dollars credit, i bought a descendants cd, the shadowblade arcade stick(very hard to find IMPO) for ps2, a black eye peas cd for my sister, and i kept the rest of the credit.
This may not seem like a lot compared to u guys, including the "I turned 160 dollars into 450 FYE credit) guy, but it was my first time.
Thanks to all the CAG who i learned the FYE trade ins from.

Awesome. Since you still have FYE credit, here's a tip. FYE will pricematch other stores if you bring in an advertisement flyer. FYE tends to be overpriced on a lot of stuff, so pricematching can help make your credit stretch a lot further.

hey, could you do me a favor? How much was the trade in value of drake?

Also, whats the trade in value of drake at blockbuster?

My FYE won't PM. I've asked.

Anyway nice finds OP. I'm impressed that you found a TRU that still has anything left. The ones near me are totally picked over.

If you didn't already have a copy of the Unreals and XIII I would have kept them. (Or at least XIII, that game is fun.)

my TRU still has about 4-5 copies of unreal 2, so i may go back and buy myself a copy if i want to, also i already owned/and beat XIII when the price dropped to 20 dollars. i even played it online, i'm not jokng, i was one of the count'em 8 people online.

Being a CAG isn't necessarily about buying clearance games at one store to trade in at another to buy full price products there. Sometimes it's actually about finding a game you want to begin with at a low price. Of course if you're into running around to different stores and buying and trading a truckload of games for profit, more power to you. :D

The week before i found a game i wanted (xenosaga) for a very low price (3.48), so i was very happy and i kept it. Also, my TRU is two lights away from the mall with FYE (6 minute walk tops)
Congrats, and you even picked up something for someone else. Very .
Indeed that was cool, he's a cheapass, but with a heart.
