I just did. I wasn't sure whether I should say it for not, because I don't want to sound pushy or ungrateful. But I went ahead and did it. I told him it was thru the 31st, and he said he would think about it.

*shrugs* Doesn't really matter to me how much he would pay for it, but $75 and getting it now is totally better than $200 and getting it who knows when.

EDIT: I am debating just getting it myself, I would have to take out a small loan from my bro, but I could just get it right now.

My PS3 is pissing me off. Why is it impossible to download updates? I popped in Uncharted and it gets to around 25% then "an error has occurred" :roll:

My connection is really good, good. I never have problems while I'm on 360/Wii/DS.

This happened yesterday with Little Big Planet..it eventually downloaded. It just downloaded now, so.. yeah I had to try like 10 times.
..I also get signed out of the PSN kinda frequently. Is this normal?
 
It's happened to me alot of times, and I'm on a Wired connection. It just randomly drops whenever it gets in a pissy mood.

Nothing wrong with my connection or anything. Try switching to Wired for a bit, see if it makes a difference.

Hm. There's a sale in invisible shield but they don't have my camera listed. I wonder if I could buy a shield for one with a comparable screen size.

Those sales on steam are excellent. Looking like I'm going to get the iD super pack and Valve complete pack (whole lot of games for $100). Any other good suggestions of things to get?

I have some overlap between the games I have on disc and what I have on Steam. I like the convenience of having it on Steam.

Also, if you like strategy games, Civ IV complete pack only $25.

I was looking at the Civ IV complete pack as well. I already have the base game that I got from goozex , but maybe I'll just get the complete pack from steam and try to re-sell the base game.

I also like the convienece of having the games on steam. Several older games I have are part of the end of year sale and I'm debating whether to re-buy them on steam or not. I forget , can I link up older retail games that are available on steam and just have them connected to my steam account?

It's not bad, though it was more Dynasty Warriors than Star Wars Battlefront, which was what I expected from the game. The tutorial's really slow if you want to learn the controls and class set-up though, so that doesn't really give much of a good opinion right off the bat.
 
The Assassination of Jesse James is such a beautiful movie. I'm watching it for the third time this week .. first time on blu-ray though.

If you want recommendations of demos to download, check out Super Stardust HD, PixelJunk Monsters and PJ Eden, The Last Guy (though the demo's only half of a tough level), echochrome, and a Wipeout HD demo's supposed to be coming soon.
 
That's cool and all, but there's no reason why demo's of PSN titles should come out later. Retail games, that's fine.

I noticed that all titles are under "Demos" tab.. :lol: Kinda obvious, but also kind of silly. Should be able to click on any game and have the option to purchase it or download the demo.
