Probably not what you're looking for but you can still buy the German import. AFAIK, the contents are the same (besides the bonus art cards and coin Namco's throwing in as part of the US Ninostarter)... it's just that the text on all the physical contents like the manual and box and whatnot is in German. The game does have English voice over/subtitle options so you can still play it. Since they don't charge VAT over where, it actually comes out to ~$103 after shipping which is cheaper than $116 it cost from Namco.

Just food for thought.
