I'm looking for about $125 shipped. It comes with the normal system items (cleaning cloth, soft case, AC adapter, etc.), a Pelican PSP travel case, 1gb MSPD, Untold Legends, a screen protector (I'm anal about protecting my stuff; I can remove it if you want) and OE firmware so you can run other things on it.

As for Mass Effect, I'd take $50 off the price for it, since that's about the price I'd be getting it for either tomorrow or next week.
