I'm very interested in getting an Elite 360, but why do you only have 80% positive feedback...I'm afraid...

Well the 80% feedback comes from the guy who left me neutral feedback awhile back which apparently brought my rating down dramatically. Also they only use the feedback from the last 12 months which also hurts me since i have like 2 pages full of positive feedback from the last few years. The formula for eBay's feedback system is Positives/Positives + Neutrals + Negatives...therefore 4/4 + 1 + 0= 80%. *Whew!*
