Hello fellow CAGers,

I didnt see any recent posts about this but I wanted to all let you know about www.mypoints.com it is a legit site that gives you points one of two ways:

A) Purchases, places like ebay overstock amazon etc are with mypoints so that every dollar you spend you get points.

B) Click throughs periodically(usually daily) mypoints sends you offers, advertisements, surveys via email that all you do is click the button on the bottom and it gives you points.

What good are points?
Well with enough points you can redeem for giftcards for local stores (walmart, target etc)

It is free to sign up, word to the wise if you dont like getting email often I would recommend using a secondary email but I check my email everyday and it takes me only seconds to get the points, you can also sign up multiple emails if you use more than one.

If you do it using option b(which I do, it costs less!) it does take a few months but for the time of day it takes me to do it its totally worth it to me. I have never recieved any other spam I dont typically take advantage of their "offers" but the click throughs seem to be clean. I have recieved 2 gift cards for walmart and they actually ship reasonably quick.

For those willing of giving me some credit for all this just leave your email and ill send you a referral invite via email otherwise its free to just sign up on the site.

Good luck!

I think the walmart gc was 1500 or 1600 and I get about 30-40 average. It usually takes me a few month because I really dont buy much online. Someone that did alot of ebay buisness would get alot fairly quickly.
How much are the Wal-Mart gift cards for? This might help me out, since I only go there for pet supplies every so often.
10 dollars I think
Oh yeah you might want to use a spam email. Surveys get you 50 points if you qualify and 10 if you don't.
LOL I just go for the 10 points by saying im a 999 year old female, skips me right to the end of the survey :D

It came as an annoying surprise recently that they no longer offer TRU gift cards. This somewhat blunted my ability to exploit the B2G1 recently.

For games, the best deal currently is the Blockbuster gift card. This gives $15 for 2000 points. It will of course work for GameRush purchases. This is as close to i penny per point as you can get for any retailer right now.

I've been using mypoints for some time, and I can verify that it is an awesome program. I basically just open all the e-mails they send (usually a few a day) and click on the links that they provide. (5 points each) You get decent points without buying a thing. I go through their site whenever I plan to buy something through one of the participating sites anyway (usually a few points per dollar spent) Every years with almost no effort I have a nice $30+ in gift cirtificates and a b-day gift for myself. Nice stuff. One year I ended up with around $150 in free gift certificates.

It does take some time but for the time it takes every day, its totally worth it.

I use both MyPoints and Memolink. Memolink, if you buy online, tends to be the better deal.

Freeride is also still around, but they've been on line support for years.
