N64 package - good deal?

Hey everyone, I was just hoping for a bit of feedback on a deal I found on Craig's List. I generally buy my games at yard sales so am used to paying really low prices. However, this one caught my eye because it has some great games. Here's what's included:

Plain N64 system with cords (no expansion)

3 grey controllers

memory card

Kirby 64

Super Smash Bros

Pokemon Stadium

Pokemon Stadium 2

Bomberman 64

Bomnerman 64 Second Attack

Iggy's Reckin Balls

Rocket: Robot on Wheels

Super Mario 64

Ocarina of Time (grey cart)

They were originally asking 150 but I was able to talk them down to $100. I know many of these games are rare and worth quite a bit. Again, I am used to paying yard sale prices so this is a bit harder to pull the trigger. Any advice would be swell - thanks!

EDIT**

While I am at it, I might as well throw this one in here as well. There is another ad I saw for a Gamecube with a few things that, once again, I am having a hard time deciding if I should pull the trigger on. This includes:

Black Gamecube with cables

2 official nintendo wired controllers

3 memory cards

Mario Kart Dash

Super Smash Bros Melee

Lego Star Wars Episode 1

5 random sports games

I was able to talk the guy down to $35 so I am pretty sure this is a good deal. Thanks again

Definitely the Gamecube lot is worth it, assuming things are complete and in decent shape (and at least one of the memory cards is official, and is 256 blocks or larger).

The N64 lot is still a good deal, but it depends a bit on the condition of the controllers and the games (and if you plan on keeping all of them or selling off the more expensive titles to recoup the costs, such as Smash and Bomberman 64 Second Attack).
