figure I would give an early heads up but I will be running a contest. Using RLD's Daily Quiz, it will last all month. Who ever comes in first place in the January 09 Hall Of Fame will win a random grab bag. Random Bag of what? I don't know honestly know what will end up in there but it will be worth taking a minute of your time to play each day. Its only open to people in North America though as frankly, I'm too broke to be able to afford to ship stuff anywhere else. I'm hoping that if it does well, possibly turning this into a monthly thing. I'm going to be opening this to other message boards I frequent as well

If you keep up with it and win, you'll get a really nice package. Its going to mostly be a bunch of books. I won't say what will be in it (to keep it a surprise) but its most definitely going be worth the time.....can't believe all the shit that is going into the package. We've (The Red Light District) actually been playing the quiz for almost two years now (check the Hall of Fame) but this is the first time that we've decided to have prizes.

Okay, I have the winners picked out:

Top prize goes to Omniscia for winning for the month

Second prize goes to Danny. Everyday people played (if you played all month, you got 31 entries) counted as an entry in a special drawing. This was a total bitch to figure out, after failing on a few ideas, I just went the simplest by cutting out names (corresponding to the total entries for said person) and putting them into an old empty fish tank and had Jesse's daughter draw one out. And oddly enough it ended up being Danny who came in second place. fucking weird...but then again, this whole contest has been fucking weird from the start

Omniscia, I need your address so I can mail out your package on Friday (Saturday at the latest)

I'll be skipping February on holding the contest because frankly, I still haven't made out these two packages yet and I don't know what I have left that I want to get rid of. Sorry. I'll let people know in the next two weeks if this will return in March
