Name A Book That Has Greatly Impacted You.

Yeah, you got it.

I've read them, but wasn't really affected by them as much as I'm affected by other people's responses to them.
 
I just got finished reading The Little Prince (little late on that one) and found it to be pretty deep underneath all its simplicity.
But the book that I will always take to heart would be Johnnie Got His Gun. "If you have time, you have it all." A man that has gotten his face blown off. His legs, his arms are all gone. He has no senses, yet he can still think. His mind is still sharp, and he finds a way to tell time. To him, time is everything because time is the only sure thing. After, he learns a way to talk to the outside. I love it.
 
Forgot to mention Mildred D. Taylor's Roll of Thunder, Hear My Cry. I think I read this around when I was eight, and that's because my brother was reading it and he was one of the people that used Cliff Notes. So I thought this book had to be good.
