Gameplay
The gameplay retains many of the elements from the previous game. The game will feature 23 interactive and destructible stages. Each character can also gain new combos and jutsu by activating the Awakening Mode. As the story progresses, players will unlock new Jutsu and Ultimate Jutsu for certain characters.

Support characters will be returning and a new feature, named Drive Gauge is introduced in the game. Depending on the Drive Gauge, players will be able to unleash combination attack with the support characters. The jutsu clashes from the prequel also makes their return.

Free roaming also makes a return. The game will feature a 1:1 recreation of the Hidden Leaf Village. In addition to the Leaf Village, players will be able to roam outside the village, ranging from forests to deserts, and also the Hidden Sand Village. Boss battles will be returning, with quick-time events and cutscenes.

Players can access multiple online features; quick matches have opponents chosen at random, ranked matches with leader boards, match customization, as well as the availability to host matches.

Currently 39 characters have been confirmed. Who are the other three? While it is not confirmed, we would bank on Tobi/Madara and Konohamaru to be number 40 and 41. But as for the 42nd character, well, looks like only time will tell!
 
Is there any preorder gifts with this game if you preorder from gamestop?

I got it preordered from gamestop and the cashier said it comes with a baseball cap. I looked on the website and it's only for the DS version Naruto Dragon Blade Chronicles.

Anyone can confirm if this is true or not for UNS2?

It would really suck if they threw nagato in as the last character.

In Tekken 6 his alternate costume is designed by Naruto creator Masashi Kishimoto, so there's a bit of a connection.

I wish Zabuza was in it. He's always gets left out.

devs said zabuza wasnt added because of kisame, they said there playing styles would be to similar.. i wish haku could make it
