NBA 2k10 or NBA Live 10?

I'm divided on whether to get 2k10 or Live. I've seen reviews and gameplay videos of both and they both seem to appeal to me in presentation and features. I just need a second opinion on which one to grab.

Live is geared to more of an, arcade style per say things are a bit more glorified. Such as, the players body types and their moves. While 2k10 is more towards simulation and realism effect. Or you could download both of the demos and get your opinion based on that.

I prefer 2k10 but Live put out a good offering this year as well. I agree with the last post though, you really should try the demo if you can. The way that both games play is pretty different.
