i ordered somethign from them on 11/4 -- shipped 11/30 -- still not recieved

also, my pal just placed an order for this game and wasnt til after he paid that it said it was delayed...

So you've waited a month and a half? Did you contact them to say you never got the item? Also, websites can't keep up with stock a lot of times, it happens to everyone,

but why are you waiting a month and half

as far as legit is concerned, i've never had any problems with them. Always get my orders, in a fair amount of time. Never had one take longer then a week, and great prices as well
 
Ah man. I just bought this from Amazon for $40. I got 2K7 from DD last year for the same price, but that was back in March.

And the site is completely legit. They just don't always have every game in stock. They're a DVD site. That's where their deals are. I've ordered dozens of items from there, CDs, DVDs, games, and I've never had one order take longer than it should have. As for an order taking over a month, what did you get? A Buyers guide to Amazon.com?

I ordered from DeepDiscountDVD many times and for the times where I did elect 'free shipping' my orders arrived after 14 business days. It's a good place with low prices, but, in my experience, their 'free shipping' is not worth it.

Oh please. Do you work for DeepDiscount? My sincerest apologies, then. :roll: Myself, my friends, and various people I know online who live in various places throughout the United States have experienced issues with their free shipping option. So, in that regard, the "shitting" is justified.

*sigh* I just bought 2k7 last week from the Circuit City clearance and spent 6 hours the next day manually updating the roster to match today's NBA. In retrospect it so wasn't worth it. Especially since 2k8 isn't even close to $60 with deals like this.

First off, they are legit, i wasnt saying that... i was just venting I guess.

More specifically, i shipped it to my moms (different state) as a xmas gift.. so i never thougth about it til it was xmas and nobody mentioned that they got something in the mail from me..

I did email DD right around 1/1 and they apologized and immediately resent another order.. which shipped on 1/10.. which still has not been recieved.

So I do think they are legit but they're shipping does suck, if nothing else for the fact that they dont provide a tracking number, where i could see whats going on with my package... I wasnt knocking DD, just saying that they sucked this particular time for me :)
 
Pretty good deal. I picked it up for $27 at Target on Black Friday :)

I'm kind of sick of the 2K basketball games though. Not much has changed since the original Dreamcast version.

I hear ya. Me too. This is the first year in a LONG time I haven't picked up 2K's NBA offering.

its 39.99 @ CC right now so for those of you who dont trust this website spend the extra 6 bucks and do a store pickup

There's nothing not to trust about DD... they are a reputable site and I have spent hundreds of dollars with them. That being said, their only problem is that their free shipping is slower than Amazon's
