tl;dr: Every day, until September 30, you can enter once via Twitter and once either via e-mail or text message. The Twitter method of entry doesn't look ready yet.

These contests are typically "std message rates apply" meaning that they don't charge you but if you have to pay per text message from your wireless company then you will get charged since you have to pay to text message. But since you mentioned unlimited txt messaging, if you have that you will not get charged.
