I was one of the lucky ones who got in with EB's mistake online last week that had NCAA Football 07 (360) for $19.99 (was supposed to be only if you purchased a 360 console, but for a while worked without one).

However, thought for those that missed out, it looks like the price dropped to $29.99 permanently in today's Wal-Mart ad. Some price matching opportunities here, of course, and the old YMMV combo with Best Buy coupons to make it even lower.

When I was in WM this weekend, I saw a guy issue $29 price tags for 3 or 4 versions of NCAA Football (PSP, PS2, Xbox), so OP may be correct. However, my WM didn't have 360 version, so I can't confirm.
 
Well, just saw this for $29.99 new at Rhino Video Games as well so maybe it's the start of a universal price drop.
 
Confirming this price at my Walmart (Fairfax, VA). There was a price drop to $40 for xbox 360 across all stores, but $30 at walmart still takes the cake.
