ne1 get mario vs donkey kong yet?

The release date is Monday. It is on sale at Best Buy for $24.99 this week. Use a gamers gift card. Their ad says available Wednesday.
 
Release is Tuesday I think (shops tomorrow, comes out Tuesday). Maybe I'm wrong? Weird for a title to be released on Monday.
 
Actually Nintendo wants to have its release day be wednesday for all of its products. I know tuesday is release day for CDs becuse Billboard publishes its bestseller list on Monday which gives the max number of days for sales, and DVDs have also taken that day as new release day. Nintendo is just being odd.

Well since I'm impatient and don't have a GGC, I went and got the game from Gamestop today along with Sonic Advance 3. I will note that I did not play the '94 DK for GB. The gameplay for MvsDK is very interesting since you solve puzzles while platform jumping and such. You can apparently perform all the moves that you could do in '94 DK. I really like this since it's a very good action/puzzle game. Many of the early puzzles that I've done are pretty simple, but I hear they pick up by about the third world. Though the real difficulty of the game seems to be in earning a star in each level. I've already had to play a few levels through a couple of times in order to get a score high enough to beat the preset highscore. Right now I don't mind this because I think I would personally find the game too easy and boring if I wasn't trying to collect the stars. That and it's fun trying to figure out the fastest way through a level :) Overall this game really feels like a good blend between SMB 2(as the Gamespot review mentioned) and classic DK and DK Jr. If you're looking for a challenging puzzle like game or just want a simple quick game Mario vs. DK should be sure fire bet for you.
 
Did anyone see this game at their local Wal-Mart? I would like to do a price match since all the other stores are in another city.
 
I pickup my copy at Ebgames on Tuesday for $20 after $10 Voucher (May or June GMR with 2 pages coupon).

It's good game and i am on WORLD 6-4 right now (almost beat the game) :)
 
I picked it up, it's a good game. Albeit short (what did you expect with a DK game) but oh so sweet. Maybe not worth the full retail of 34.99 but definitely worth the 24.99.

I am stuck right now 6-3 not 6-4...................still thinking the way to beat that level. At least i have 99 lives to try :)
 
Just let you all know I just Kill the Donkey Kong from world 6 (after credit) they let you played WORLD 1 Plus (You have to save mini mario w/ key to pass the level)

Remember try to collect all the stars as much as possible :)
 
yes of course it worths and i got mine from gbastore. I haven't finish the game yet so i don't know how long will that be~ (it also depends how much you want to play a game :) )
