Neat Custom Gamercards

Hey, I just registered here and saw a lot of you guys like using the gamercard images. I found this site a few weeks ago that lets you do a lot of really cool stuff and make your own and they have a bunch of themes too, so I thought I would let you guys know about it incase you haven't seen it yet.

I tried one from another site and it looked really cool but it didnt update so I went back to the MS one. Can you confirm that these update?
 
Yeah, but I'm not sure how often. When I did something on live I think it took a few hours for my image card to update from XboxLC.

I tried
http://www.x360central.com/?section=gamercard last week and they dont require you to register but it didnt update as fast or at all (didnt wait) as the MS one does so I changed it. I'll check this one out and see how it goes.
 
Wait, these are just for signature message board gamertag stuff?

If you could upload the stuff into your 360 and use this on Live it would be great, this? This is not so great.
