I am looking for the best deal on a Up-Convert DVD Player (had the Samsung 850 it was a piece of junk). It must use the HDMI cable (I'd like for it to be provided) and it needs to play DVD+R's. I am also looking for a cheap OTA HDTV Tuner. Thanks!

I would recommend the Zenith DVB318. It is amazing!!!!
I purchased mine over a year ago, and it came packaged with a DVI cable, so I'm not sure if the newer ones will include the HDMI.
The remote on it sucks, but I have a universal remote anyway, as I'm sure you already do too having an HDTV setup.
