Need a new HDD for my ps3 badly!!

so i have about 1gb left on my 60gb ps3...and i have no demos and no videos on it. all i have is psn games and save data that i need...so i am looking for the best deal on an internal harddrive for my ps3...
what is the biggest storage that will work?
what size hdd works?
will a 7200rpm hdd work? or do i have to stick with a 5400rpm?

i recently made the mistake of buying a external HDD for my ps3 to store demos and psn games but it turns out that doesnt exactly work that way....
